Mason collaboration with DMC and Sam Sparro signed to Ministry Of Sound

Dutch dance producers Mason have signed their forthcoming single, 'Corrected' featuring legendary hip hop artist Darryl ‘DMC’ McDaniels (Run DMC) and soulful wonky popper Sam Sparro to Ministry of Sound in the UK. Ministry have licensed the record from Mason's recently set up imprint, Animal Language, a label which is currently going from strength to strength.

Mason's last single ‘Perfect Exceeder’ featuring Princess Superstar reached number 3 in the UK before achieving success across the globe. "This is a really special record and it's taken a long time to make. To get DMC to rhyme on a record is fantastic and to have someone of the calibre of Sam Sparro to drop in for a chorus makes it even better! The only downside has been the amount of paperwork!" said Steve B of Big Fish Little Fish Music.

‘Corrected’ featuring DMC and Sam Sparro is the first single off Mason's debut album which also features collaborations with Aqualung, Kurtis Blow and Debbie Clare (Massive Attack).

The track has already received upfront support from Radio DJ Pete Tong and XFMs Eddy Temple Morris.
